Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Electrical components, special-order parts, and clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team with your order details to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, carefully repackage the item in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the return address provided. Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective part), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you need a replacement, please let us know during the return request. Replacement items will be shipped once the return is received and approved. If the part is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and promptly send you a replacement at no additional charge.
